Depending on the content of an inquiry, however, there may be cases in which we are unable or will need some time to respond. Inquiries received on weekends, holidays, and year-end/new year’s holidays when Toyoda Gosei is closed will be handled starting on the next business day.
Depending on the content of the inquiry, we may in some cases respond by written letter or phone or fax. At such times, we may reproduce and use information from the question input by the customer.

The content of Toyoda Gosei’s responses may not be transferred or secondarily used in whole or part without the permission of Toyoda Gosei, and must not be disclosed to people other than the customer who made the inquiry.
